We made it through customs, immigration, and a small snag with the tickets to get to the gate. Having Bangjie helping us through made it much easier. The ticket problem was because Delta did not code our tickets to allow us two bags, and China Southern had to verify we were allowed two. It took a while, but they got it straightened out.
Sitting at the gate waiting for a bus to take us to the plane. Loading on the tarmac is common because there are not enough gates for all the flights.
Our flight was a little late getting in because of weather where it came from, so we will be a little late going out. However, we have 2:40 to wait for the next plane, so should be fine.
